When I had Hamburger Helper growing up, I had my favorites: Stroganoff was the best, Cheeseburger came in second place, and Hamburger Helper Lasagna was a close third.
I don’t think I’ve bought a box of Hamburger Helper in over five years. However, I’ve made my own versions multiple times

This was my first attempt at making a Copycat Hamburger Helper Lasagna. I’m surprised it took me this long to attempt it, because this turned out phenomenal. Like most of my other copycat Hamburger Helper recipes, this is easy to make.

This Copycat Hamburger Helper Lasagna recipe is made entirely in one pan and takes less than 30 minutes to throw together. A cost breakdown is probably similar to the boxed version, but I think making it yourself adds a better, richer flavor.

You can also add more or less cheese, marinara, and pasta to your hearts desire. Another big plus to making it yourself: you don’t have all of those other pesky ingredients in it that you can’t pronounce.
I really liked this dish. My husband really liked this dish. I think you will really like it, too.
Enjoy!
