Making pizza has never been easier. No dough here--just big portobello mushroom caps stuffed with sweet Italian sausage, peppers, sauce and mozzarella cheese.
A classic Italian salad beefed up to an entree. Marinate chicken with balsamic vinegar, basil and mustard and then grill. Toss in mozzarella pearls, cherry tomatoes and avocado for an added punch!
