We are drawing near the end of summer.
Cookouts and grilling are becoming more sporadic. It’s getting harder to find outdoor parties. People are covering up the grill and packing it up for winter.

It’s a sad time if you truly enjoy summer. It’s a bit more bittersweet for me. I love fall and the crisp cold air of winter, so I am looking forward to it. Summertime will come again soon…
The days of bringing a pasta salad to a cookout are becoming numbered. It’s time to get your salad craving fulfilled before you have to wait a year to get it.

Out of all the pasta, potato and bean salads I’ve made in my life, this may be my favorite.
It’s incredibly easy to make (using pre-cooked chicken tenders helps!) and it has a great buffalo chicken flavor. I love anything made “buffalo-style” and this recipe is no exception.

Gather up your ingredients and bring this pasta salad to your summer’s last blast cookout. It’s guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser.
Enjoy!

Grilling has slowed a bit for us as well. 💥
