BBQ Chicken with Peach Salsa
A simple barbecue recipe with a vibrant peach salsa.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning. Heat grill over medium heat and grill chicken until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from grill and brush with barbecue sauce.
- Make the peach salsa: in a large bowl or resealable contained, combine the peaches, bell pepper, onion, jalapenos, cilantro and lime juice. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve chicken with a spoonful of peach salsa on top.
