I should really keep a pen and notebook on my bedside table.
Sometimes when I wake up in the morning I remember dreams of recipes.
Yes, I dream of recipes.

Those dreams include ideas I would have never thought of during my waking hours. The recipes are outlandish, intriguing, and outright weird most of the time.
That’s why I should keep a pen and notebook on my bedside table. I really need to start writing these down before the dreams eventually evaporate into the ether.

This recipe came from one of my weird dreams. I had a dream about a cold vegetable pizza but instead of the vegetable topping, it was the toppings of a turkey club sandwich.
Bingo. That’s a winner. That’s worthy of my imaginary bedside notebook and pen.

The “sauce” on this pizza is cream cheese, ranch seasoning and mayonnaise. The crust is just a refrigerated, rolled pizza crust that you prebake with a touch of olive oil, oregano, and garlic. The toppings are, of course, turkey club sandwich toppings: deli turkey, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes and crumbled bacon.
Serve this pizza cold for the best version of my recipe dream.
Enjoy!
