If you’re anything like me, on Friday you’ll be up to your ears in Thanksgiving leftovers on Friday.
I’m talking mounds of turkey stuffed into tupperware dishes. Cold mashed potatoes that will never taste as good as they did on Thanksgiving. Half eaten pies taking up valuable real estate in your fridge.
Thanksgiving is a feast that leaves a little bit left behind when it’s all said and done. Thankfully, you’ve got me to guide you through getting rid of those leftovers—in a delicious and unique way.
These are my 7 favorite ways to use up those leftovers. Most of these recipes are tried-and-true (turkey tortellini tettrazzini!) and some are a little out there, but trust me; these will get your family back to the dinner table quicker than that fresh Thanksgiving turkey did.
#7 Cran-Apple Turkey Skillet
Not only are you using up leftover turkey, but the stuffing, too! Skip step 1 (since your turkey is already cooked) and enjoy this festive skillet dinner.

#2 BBQ Chicken & Sweet Potato Layered Enchiladas
This one is a bit of a wild card, but hear me out. One of the best things to do with leftover turkey is use it for enchiladas, and this sweet and spicy version really hits the spot. Bonus points: use up some sweet potatoes, too!

#1 Turkey Tortellini Tetrazzini
This casserole is the OG in my household. I’ve been making it with leftovers for YEARS, and it never fails to be a massive hit. Plus, it gets rids of a ton of turkey.

That’s it! You should be able to find a great way to use those Thanksgiving leftovers on Friday or this weekend. And stay tuned—I’ll have the BEST way to use up HAM leftovers later this week.
The best part of the meal…is the leftovers! 😋🌿
Couldn’t agree more!
